HSF: Mission Accomplished - JHSV Contract

The Navy hasn't actually announced this. So far information is coming only from a political Congressional member. [What is a Congressional member doing announcing this?]

The Alakai (A615) and 'Koa' (A616) served their purpose as construction demonstration projects. Didn't hurt to have a couple of retired Admirals oversee and report on the operations of A615 over the past 6 months.
