Couple of interesting tidbits over the past day

Got an e-mail yesterday. Was from the Webmaster for the State Judiciary. On my request they have add RSS feeds to their website for Court Decisions:
Dear Mr...,

...Earlier today, we established an RSS feed on the Judiciary's Appellate
Court Opinions and Orders Internet page:

http://www.state.hi.us/jud/ctops.htm

The RSS feed address is:

http://feeds2.feedburner.com/hawaii_appellate_opinions_and_orders

We hope you enjoy the feed. Thank you very much for your suggestion.

Sincerely,

Mark Santoki
Public Information Officer/Webmaster
Hawai`i State Judiciary

Also, this blog has been quite popular with a researcher at the USCG in Newport News, Virginia over the past day with 11 seperate hits on the blog. A few of those research hits/reading sessions have lasted for hours. Since I started the sitemeter on this blog, there has not been somebody so persistently searching it in such a short period of time. In particular, based on the search terms and where they are clicking, this researcher appears to be looking for information on the protests with special interest in pictures of protestors. I might guess that something is in the works.
