Why would a company want to bring a business back to Hawaii that was losing millions of dollars a year through not enough demand when instead with two new leases announced yesterday by DoD they could lease them to the military and make a little bit better than breakeven? Lose massive amounts of money vs. make money? I don't know, man, that's a tough choice.
